I've been a wikipedian for about three years (2009), although I haven't made very many contributions as of yet because I'm still learning how to format. My goal for the new year is to contribute more to the community and improve the space for everyone. I'm a newbie and appreciate any guidance or advice from other wikipedians. I'm thrilled to share this space and responsibility with all of you, and commend all who take time out of their meatspace to make Wikipedia a free source of information for people around the globe. About Me

I'm a Texas girl, writer, tech dork and foodie. I love reading, sports, gadgets, learning new things, and spending time with my family. I love animals and if it was up to me we would be living on a farm with 20 cats and dogs, cows, chickens, and maybe an emu or two. Thankfully my hubby takes a more reserved stance on animals so we just have one spoiled orange cat.

My Expertise

Coming from a family of engineers, I am a consummate learner and experimenter. I have many years of experience in data research, analytics, web development, writing, & high tech stuff. Feel free to contact me with requests to edit or review articles or pages in those areas as well as anything to do with sports, food, cooking, and health-related topics. I also follow the renewable energy industry quite heavily and am happy to contribute on related topics.
