Girls of ages 12-18 has armpit hair and public( sexual organ) hair growth. This is usually due to change in hormones. This change in hormones occurs usually during a process called puberty where hair is common in public places and on legs and hands on a particular age period. This age period is called adolescence. But as we all know we have seen many adolescent girls who does not have hair on hands or legs. There are also girls who does not have public hair but have armpit hair; but this is not a big problem because in our body hair growth starts very slowly first and then increases rapidly. This hair growth starts first on legs and then on hands or first on hands and then legs. After that on armpits and then on public area( sexual organ). So who have armpit hair and does not have public hair is not a big problem. and also if any girl has armpit hair, public area hair but does not have hair on legs or hands is also not a big problem because for some of the adolescent girls, the hair growth is more in armpits and public areas. but having hair on legs, hands, public area and not having armpit hair is a little dangerous. we see this in very very few girls. This is a problem because as we already read any girl hair growth starts first from legs or and hands and then armpit and then public hair. this usually happens because of malfunctioning of hormones. Girls who do not have armpit hair but have public hair don't need to worry for this. You don't need to consult a doctor for this. don't tel this to your friends or classmates because they may tease and make fun of you. Don't tell this even to your mother that not having armpit hair is a little dangerous. I would surely come up with the solution for this. i am doing skin specialism in AOCD.
