About me
I'm a current master's student in Applied Biotechnology working on my thesis at Ridgeview Instruments, manufacturer of LigandTracer. LigandTracer monitors cells in vivo to study real-time biomolecular interactions. The instrument makes use of labeled ligands to generate a binding curve from which the affinity and kinetic rate constants (kon and koff) for the interaction can be extracted.
Research area
My research area is in regards to anti-CD20 antibodies and how they bind to living immune cells. This is important because immunotherapy treatments are a popular cancer therapy and optimization can help save lives.
