Justin Paul Barrass is a lecturer in English at Sungkyunkwan University, South Korea. He has also lectured at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, also in South Korea, and Northumbria University, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, U.K. He was educated to masters level in mathematics at Bangor University, specialising in topology.
He was born in 1976 in Stockton-on-Tees, U.K.. He moved to Bangor, Wales to study mathematics at university, since when he has also lived in Ulsan (South Korea), Kadıköy (Istanbul, Turkey), Bundang and Bongdam (South Korea). He currently lives in Suwon, South Korea.

Justin is also well known for his signature dish which is Egg Fried Rice in a hurry, where you place the cooked rice and whatever meat and veg in that you want with it. Then crack the egg and throw it on top and then stir until the egg is all cooked.
Justin's other infamous culinary exploits are his roast potatoes. Despite all advice to the contrary, Justin is a maverick and does not par boil the potatoes first, this ensures that the meal is served well after midnight.
