Hi fellow Wikipedians. I am an Australian student who is vastly interested in fixing up stub and poorly written articles on Wikipedia, particularly ones focussing on Australia-related stuff and Literature.

I generally edit articles that nobody else does because 1) I like to avoid edit wars if I can help it, and 2) because nobody else does. Somebody's got to do it -- and I've been searching the lesser-known categories of Wikipedia and creating new ones (see "my created categories", below) to ... uh ... categorise pages properly. My first edit was a very boring one consisting of an edit to my user page. (See this and this.)

Lately I've also been creating navboxes for writers (esp. Australian ones) and cleaning up ones that are a bit messy. Looks like I've found my niche in the editing world of Wikipedia :)

I also edit on Wikia (Harry Potter Wiki and Anne of Green Gables Wiki, among others), under the username User:*Ginny*. See you, Susannah (talk)

Congratulations, JustPotteringAround, you've recently made your 1,000th edit to articles on English Wikipedia!

Thank you for improving and expanding the coverage of literature in the encyclopedia, and for all your contributions. Keep up the awesome work! Maryana (WMF) (talk) 17:22, 30 April 2012 (UTC)
