I've been a member of the Wikipedia since 2010, and used it as a guest before.
I'm interested in developing and promoting Wikipedia, but I often do not have enough time to do this.
Wikipedia must be neutral, in terms of religion or nationality or political and racial bias, in publishing and editing content.
