In 1994 Caroline Waldegrave and Sir Christopher Bland bought Leiths School of Food and Wine back from Compass Group. Sir Christopher Bland now owns 100% of the company.

In January 2008 the School moved from St Albans Grove to 16-20 Wendell Road, London W12 9RT.
