Mir Irfan, is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) New Delhi (India) and a first class Commerce Graduate from University of Kashmir. By profession, he is a Consultant for Intellectual Property Rights (like Trade mark & copyright) Corporate Laws and Secretarial Matters to number of companies. Besides this he is also a lecturer for various Corporate Law Papers of Company Secretary (CS), Chartered Accountant (CA) and cost Accountancy (CMA) Courses. Along with this, He has addressed various career counseling and academic programmes. He is also the author of many books for the professional as well as academic courses.
