State Road 800, locally known as Spanish River Boulevard/NW 40th Street, is a short east-west street in Boca Raton, Florida. Its western terminus is an intersection with Florida State Road 809, locally known as Military Trail; the eastern terminus is an intersection with North Ocean Boulevard (Florida State Road A1A) near the Atlantic Ocean shoreline at the northeastern corner of Spanish River Park.

The highway

East of an Interstate 95 overpass (there is no direct connection between SR 800 and I-95) are a spur from SR 800 serving Boca Raton Airport and an entrance to the campuses of Palm Beach Community College-Boca Raton Campus and Florida Atlantic University. East of the college campuses, SR 800 goes through a residential section of Boca Raton before intersecting U.S. Route 1 (Florida State Road 5) and crossing the Intracoastal Waterway with a high-level, divided four-lane drawbridge before reaching its eastern terminus at SR A1A.

SR 800/Spanish River Boulevard/NW 40th Street provides the only access to SR A1A and the Boca Raton beaches in northern Boca Raton. It is one of only three beach access roads within the Boca Raton city limits, the other two being Palmetto Park Road (the north-south dividing line in Boca Raton, formerly Florida SR 798 and El Camino Real to the south.
