I am a botany enthusiast living in Modoc County, California, USA. I hope to bring wider botanical (or general biological) appreciation to this less well-known portion of my State. Also, given the international nature of Wikipedia, wish to offer some knowledge about our region to those in other places with an interest in our local plants.
