Uterine Descent: Evreux-Alençon Line[edit]

From 1350-1358, again from 1390-1397, and again from 1402-1403, the only descendants of Blanca de La Cerda y Lara to be alive were female. Blanca's younger sister Maria had a son Louis. Some systems would say Louis ruled until the birth of Juana Manuel's son, while others would say he ruled until his death, and instead of being succeed by Juana Manuel's son be succeded by his mother's other son to still be alive Peter II of Alençon.
