Tiernan Douieb is a British stand-up comedian. Together with Tiffany Stevenson, he co-founded the Phoenix Fringe Festival in London in 2013, to rival the Edinburgh Festival Fringe which was becoming too expensive for comedians.[1]
Douieb was born in London, where he still lives today. He was educated at the University of Kent, and obtain a degree in drama.
