The Amerivision Song Contest 1962 was the seventh edition of the annual Amerivision Song Contest, organised by the American Broadcasting Union (ABU) and host broadcaster Telemundo. The edition was hosted in Teatro La Perla, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, as the country earned the right to host the contest by winning the previous edition.
Colombia withdrew from this edition, making this the first time a country from the original six to not participate of the contest.
