PЯIVET! My real name is Denis Shirshov. Pasvikdalen - is a lovely place on the border between Norway and Russia, where I spent many childhood and adult years in the mine-town Nikel.

I like collecting and categorizing information, especially mixing data on people, organization structures and technologies. My field of interest is biology and ways to describe live organisms.

I work over the knowledge base called Odysseus-knowledge. It derives from my library of code written in Racket (Lisp) and continues my initial idea of evolution-like growth of my custom code and data, which I called Odysseus. The knowledge base describes relations between universities, programming languages, business and personalities, as well as knowledge from bioinformatics field, relevant to my work. I think it is quite complement to Wikipedia and has a good potential to be expanded by appending new and new knowledge from different areas (including yours?), coded in the same format. The data from Odysseus-knowledge is further analyzed through graph database queries like Cypher or through ontology tools like Fuseki.

Knowledge base can be read right from the file, its format is quite laconic, with minimum of visual garbage. Check it on github: prozion/odysseus-knowledge-public
