The TNA World Heavyweight Championship and NWA World Heavyweight Championship are the two professional wrestling world heavyweight championships previously or currently recognised in the Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion. They either are or were the highest ranked championship in TNA.

Being professional wrestling championships, the titles are won via a scripted ending to a match or awarded to a wrestler because of a storyline. All title changes have occurred at TNA-promoted events with the exception of the 15 September 2005 International Incident event in Oldcastle, Ontario which was promoted by Border City Wrestling; reigns that occurred on Impact Wrestling usually air on tape delay and as such are listed with the day the tapings occurred, rather than the air date.

Kurt Angle holds the record for most TNA Heavyweight Title reigns, with five. Jeff Jarrett hold the record for most NWA Heavyweight Title reigns in TNA with six. At 256 days, Bobby Roode's only reign is the longest in the TNA title's history. At 347 days, Jarrett's third reign is the longest in the NWA title's TNA history. Angle's first reign holds the record for shortest reign in the TNA title's history at one day. Rhino's only reign holds the record for shortest reign in the NWA title's TNA history at two days. Overall, there have been 44 reigns shared among 21 wrestlers, with three vacancies.
