This appears as 1975 in other sources, with various obviously incorrect versions of the journal title, which is usually transcribed in full as "Ezhegodnik Vsesoyuznogo Paleontologicheskogo Obshchestva". Judging from all the other mappings of volume number to date I've found online (e.g. 22=1979), Vol. 21=1978.
