Stephanie Kulp Seymour (born 1940) is a United States federal judge.
Seymour was born in Battle Creek, Michigan. She received a B.A. from Smith College in 1962. She received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1965. She was in private practice of law in Boston, Massachusetts from 1965 to 1966. She was in private practice of law in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1966 to 1967. She was in private practice of law in Houston, Texas from 1968 to 1969. She was in private practice of law in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1971 to 1979.
Seymour was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Seymour was nominated by President Jimmy Carter on August 28, 1979, to a new seat created by 92 Stat. 1629; She was confirmed by the United States Senate on October 31, 1979, and received commission on November 2, 1979. Served as chief judge, 1994-2000. Assumed senior status on October 16, 2005.
