The Policy Center for the New South (PCNS), , is a policy-oriented and independent think tank dedicated to enriching reflections on key topics including economic and international relations issues, agricultural and environmental matters, long-term development and commodity economics. Based in Rabat, Morocco, it is the highest-rated think tank in Morocco and the Maghreb and one of the Top 10 Think Tanks in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). Recently, the Policy Center for the New South has been granted common public interest status by the Moroccan government through Decree n° 2.21.870 dated November 9th, 2021.
