Puff People Puff People are charming hand-crafted doll characters created by Carol Jehner in 1994. After the first copyright application was lost by the copyright office in 1996 the second copyright was granted in 1997 and again in 2009. Puff People were first designed to hold potpourris in their body. Then the bodies were stuffed with a fiber fill, a bow on the back where fragrance oil could be dropped. From that they went to no fragrance at all as customers like them as collectable. They were sold by personal contact only. Puff People from The Village of Wonder is now FREE kids/children’s stories. Fun stories that will teach honesty, integrity, values and person responsibility. [1]
