Richard Soares Gomes (born 19 July 1993) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Atlético Ottawa.

[edit]In October 2014, Gomes signed with the reserve side of La Liga club Deportivo La Coruña, Deportivo B, in Spain's Tercera División.[1] However, the deal feel through after Deportivo were unwilling to pay training compensation to Gomes' youth clubs.[2]
