Isaac Lewis Manning was an early African-American convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He was born May 15, 1815. His parents were Philles Mead and Isaac Manning.

He joined the church in December 1842, two months after his sister, Jane Manning James joined the church.

While living in Nauvoo, he worked at the Nauvoo Mansion House as a cook.
