Roberto Rullan, born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on September 19, 1952. Son of Irma Figueroa Gispert and Pedro Rullan. Studied at Colegio Ponceno in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He is a radio, television broadcaster, publisher of Noticiero Notipunto and a poems writer. The best poems recorded by Roberto Rullan are; Es El Amante, Borinquen, Desiderata, Valle de Collores, El Brindis del Bohemio, Poema 20 and Poema 13.

Roberto Rullan has over 70 poems on youtube and most are dedicate to love and peace. As a Vietnam veteran he also dedicate most of his time to help veterans.

He started working as a radio broadcaster at the age of 14 in Ponce, Puerto Rico
