I'm a graduate of Oriel College, Oxford (Philsophy, Politics and Economics) and the Open University (Maths).
I'm a retired IT tutor dividing my time between Purley, England and Falkland, Fife, and a former IT consultant. I've written or collaborated on several books on computing and office automation, and act as a volunteer webmaster for several organisations. I'm interested in history, languages, and gay rights, and I'm associated with the Campaign for Homosexual Equality and the UK LGBT Archive (formerly the LGBT History Project).
I'm webmaster for The Falkland Society and have created the Falkland Historic Buildings wiki.
