Robert Stein III is a Artist, Illustrator, and 3D Animator with both traditional and digital skills. Most know for his contribution to Banana Republic's catalog and Trilobyte's "The 7th Guest" CD-Rom game.


Robert Stein III was born in Texas, 1959.

Education: California Institute of the Arts, University of Maryland's Munich Campus, Academy of Art in San Francisco.

BFA in Illustration

Stein began his professional career as Lead Illustrator for Banana Republic's award winning mail order Catalog, '83-'86.

Stein joined Trilobyte in Febuary of '91. His major contribution was to bring 3D animation to the "7th Guest" title, a form of graphics which at the time was not being used by the game industry.
