If you are considering asking for any rights nomination on any Wikimedia sites, please read the following.

If you have undergone any of the following, you need to disclose this to me. These will not result in automatic disqualification, but a forthright response is required:

• Removal of any userrights for any reason.
• Any past or current blocks on any WMF site.
• Being the subject or party of an ArbCom case or motion or user conduct RFC.
• Socking against policy.
• Any CCI or accusation of plagiarism or close paraphrasing.
• Any past or current community-imposed sanctions.
• Any failed requests for adminship.

If you have any of the following, these may be beneficial for a nomination statement:

• OTRS experience.
• Featured content or GAs.
• Advanced permissions on any other WMF site.
• Any clerkships.

Finally, a disclosure from me. I was a party of two arbitration cases, was sanctioned in one, and was blocked twice. Since the sanctions and blocks were from 2006, I don't think this has any effect on my editing today and I doubt it will have an effect on your RFA, especially since I went on to serve in other highly trusted roles. However, I cannot guarantee this.
