Hey there, I'm RyanCross (talk·contribs), a Wikipedian. I first started contributing to the English Wikipedia during mid February 2008 when I saw that "Log in / create account" link. I wondered, "What would it be like to have an account on Wikipedia, one of the most popular websites in the world?" After creating my account, I was amazed and astonished having known that I can actually edit and change Wikipedia articles, making it visible across the Internet and the world. From there, I decided to stick around Wikipedia. Even today, I'm still contributing to this site, and hope to continue doing so, helping to make this world a better place, one edit at a time.
You can get in touch with me through a number of different methods. My talk page is available to take messages, but please feel free to use e-mail for sensitive issues. Hopefully, I'll be able to respond to your message(s) soon. If not, I'll respond to them when I get to it.
I'm probably one of the nicest editors there is around, and I do like to help people, but please don't harass or provoke me. I won't retaliate, I'll merely revert. That being said, feel free to ask me any questions you have, just be civil, and don't personally attack other editors.
If you have concerns about my editing habits or general behavior, please address them on my talk page. You have my assurance that I have acted in good faith, based on my experiences with article writing and wikipedia policies. I am not out to get anybody, and hold no strong views on large groups of articles, however individually review each article and make independent decisions. If you still have questions regarding my conduct, please feel free to address it.
Below is a list of articles I have created or have significantly contributed to. Articles in italics are articles I have significantly contributed to, but did not create. (For an automated list of articles I created, click here.) Some articles listed below have a certain status(es) such as WP:ITN, WP:DYK, WP:GA, WP:FA, etc. The following key indicates which icon refers to what status:
User:Jnb845 (talk·contribs·deleted contribs·nuke contribs·logs·edit filter log·block user·block log) keeps adding a sentence how the Korean passport is the "only" passport to allow access to G8 countries and now persistently removes information that it's also the Chilean passport and adds a fake reference. Given that it is a bit of OR the sentence should probably be removed altogether but if it's there it shouldn't be a piece of deliberately false information. He is not responsive to warnings, he's been doing all sorts of disruptive edits for months, there are too many warnings on his talk page, many by me. Latest diffs in two articles he is attacking now diffdiff. Twofortnights (talk) 11:52, 27 February 2015 (UTC)
Note that I reported this user using Huggle, as it was after a 4th level warning. I didn't realize who he was. Now that I have looked at his name, I realize I have seen him reporting vandalism here before, often constructively, or at least in good faith. At the very least, the edit I have reported is clear vandalism.
Insufficient recent activity to warrant a block. Though I am monitoring the user. Sam Walton (talk) 13:55, 27 February 2015 (UTC)
