Selby cossa was born 26,June 1992, in South Africa at a province called Mpumalanga,Barberton. He was raised by a single parent,his mother. In 2003 he started his career in music and his goal was to be the best in his area ,Barberton.

his first primary school was Ekucathuzeni and by 2005 he passed grade 5 and moved to Mountain View Combined ,where he started using English as his home language . In 2006 he then moved to an Indian school called Barberton Secondary School to do his Grade 7,8 and 9 and after that he then moved again to Gauteng province (still in SA) where he was staying with his uncle thats where he finished school befor his uncle died on April 2012.
