Arlington dog mural is a building mural in Arlington County, Virginia.[1]
Kim Houghton had a mural painted on a wall of her business, facing a dog park.[2][3] Arlington officials views the mural as a promotional sign, and directed it be white washed, or covered by a tarp. She sued in federal court.[4][5][6][7][8] [9]
On February 11, 2011, a federal judge dismissed the lawsuit, but an appeal may be pending.[10][11][12][13][14]
