Seabrook Farms business and community

History

[edit]
This will be an overview of the Seabrook Farms business, which began as a family farm in 1870 and rose to prominence in the early 20th century as an early example of the modern agribusiness. The location should be described. There are aerial views of Seabrook Farms in NJDH that can illustrate this section

Introduction of modern machinery, facilities and production methods. Citations to SOTA for agriculture in the late 19th/early 20th century would be a nice addition or future enhancement, if too much for now
NJDH has photographs of farm machinery in use on the farm that should illustrate this section E.g.,

Many seemed to come from the Poston relocation camp in Arizona, based on NJDH contents. Verify this and perhaps a subsection on the "internment camp experience"

Cultural diversity at Seabrook Farms

[edit]
