If you look at the Electronica Talk page, you will see that I explained a way that you can refer to my comment so other people can see it, without copying it into a sub-page of your user-space.
I noticed that you added some very positive tips to you user page today. I am glad you are learning these things.
But if you keep a page about me in your user-space, that will cause problems, so please do not do it any more.

- I agree that Ishkur's comment is funny. I don't mind referring to it, as long as the references are carefully chosen and kept in context. However, it does not mean that electronica doesn't exist. A person with a website has stated their opinion. Ishkur's website is very much his own personal view of things. But he's done a lot of work on it, so he has some notability.
- We could include information and references about controversy over the use of the term, with examples of writers such as Ishkur who state that the term is not really a genre. That would be WP:V and WP:NPOV, as long as it is not given WP:Undue weight; and to to avoid WP:FRINGE, we would need additional references supporting that idea.
