Musical Career[edit]

Blackmill started producing music at the age of 8 after receiving his first musical instrument, an acoustic guitar. In 2005, his Christmas present was FL Studio 4, thus beginning his electronic music production career. He produced Trance music under the name of DJ Fathercard before composing a new genre of dubstep, which he called "melodic dubstep", in late 2010.
