Welcome back. Good to see you participating again. I was going to whitelist you (with JVbot a month ago, but then I saw that you'd left the project, so I figured there was no point.

It's about newpage patrol. New articles get vetted by human eyes (or, at least, that's the intended outcome - we've got quite a huge backlog) to make sure that they're valid and not crap/lies/copyvio/spam/etc; once an article has been examined, the software removes the "has not yet been patrolled" tag. Some people (such as yourself) consistently create large quantities of valid articles; a bot has been created which automatically patrols all articles created by those people.
