September 2009[edit]

You might like to revise your talk page, my vandalism warning was not impolite, even if it did result from a misunderstanding. Justin talk 12:32, 16 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Accusations of Vandalism: Rich Franklin[edit]

Yea, the edits I have made are in no way vandalism. People keep changing the way of method to KO (punches) when it is really only a TKO. You sir, need to read up before you go around pointing fingers, got that?!? 24.107.210.161 (talk) 04:38, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think you have me confused with another poster because you accused me of vandalizing Rich Franklin's page when all I put was TKO not KO. but since you asked, here are you references.

No they say, TKO! Look at them a little closer. Leave this to a real MMA fan, buddy.

You shouldn't worry about me though, you should be worrying about the guy who keeps changing the fighters names and the method of win to some random Mortal Kombat crap. Take care of the real stuff because I'm doing the right thing! 24.107.210.161 (talk) 04:53, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Friendly note regarding talk page messages[edit]

Hello. As a recent editor to User talk:24.107.210.161, I wanted to leave a friendly reminder that as per WP:USER, editors may remove messages at will from their own talk pages. While we may prefer that comments be archived instead, policy does not prohibit users -including anonymous editors- from deleting messages or warnings from their own talk pages. The only kinds of talk page messages that cannot be removed (as per WP:BLANKING) are declined unblock requests (but only while blocks are still in effect), confirmed sockpuppet notices, or shared IP header templates (for unregistered editors). However, it should be noted that these exceptions only exist in order to keep a user from potentially gaming the system. Thanks, — Kralizec! (talk) 06:05, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Necco[edit]

Please see the article Necco (as well WP:MOSTM) before reverting my edit[1] as "unconstructive". I'm restoring it. 62.147.26.72 (talk) 11:20, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're reading the diff wrong. The left side is the article *before* and the right side is the article *modified*. I'm the one trying to fix "NECCO" into "Necco" here, you're the one reverting it "NECCO". Check the resulting article after my edit. 62.147.26.72 (talk) 11:30, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Jamaal Lee[edit]

I undid your reversion of his release because the edit you reverted was correct, however a reference verifiying that wouldn't hurt.--Giants27(c|s) 12:47, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reverted edits to Temasek Junior College[edit]

I have reverted your reversion of my edits of Temasek Junior College. I have already provided comprehensive reasons for my edits, and it is you who have failed to read the edit summary before reverting. Please discuss reversions on the talk page of the article in future.

Thanks

Reverted edits to Mercedes-Benz SLC-Class[edit]

I am undoing your reversion of my edit to Mercedes-Benz SLC-Class. It seems that you did not read the edit summary before reverting.

Anti Cat Bias.[edit]

I believe my edit to macquarie island was a removal of anti cat bias.

Reversion of typo[edit]

You have repeatedly reverted my correction to the obvious typo on Meetro. For what reason do you insist on leaving that incomplete sentence I was attempting to fix? -130.207.180.174 (talk) 20:54, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Christopher Meloni[edit]

My edit was hardly 'vandalism' I don't think the line... ""He was also known as a "hot" guy in his younger years"" was either necessary or well written prose. There are also links to references that simply are against wiki policy and bring down the page of a decent actor. I feel APK is creating the vandalism.(Tapgsozfan (talk) 21:05, 28 September 2009 (UTC))[reply]

Considering you were the one who added the "hot" guy sentence (with the edit summary, "removed vandalism"), before reverting yourself, and that you removed interwiki links with deceitful edit summaries, I highly doubt my edits constitute vandalism. APK say that you love me 21:15, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Huggle issue[edit]

Hi, you may need to be a little more careful when reverting - this revert inserted very poorly sourced biographical information that look like it was removed in good faith. Kevin (talk) 21:57, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank You.[edit]

Thank you for reverting the vandalism to my user page. Keep up the good fight :) B.s.n. R.N.contribs 00:17, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blanking[edit]

Hello. When you see that the original author of a page has blanked it, as was the case with PCSoft, please do not revert the blanking; instead, you can add {{db-g7}} to the page to alert an administrator that it should be deleted. Thanks for your efforts to improve Wikipedia. --R'n'B (call me Russ) 18:44, 29 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Shavuot[edit]

Hi, thanks for the zealous defense of the Shavuot page. It is a good thing such zeal was not common among editors in the early days, or wiki would never have gotten off the ground. Catholics call it Pentecost, and they count it 7 weeks from the first sunday after their Paschal feast. This is as well known as the words I am usinmg here in English and is referenced several times already in the Jewish encyclopaedia entries cited in the article. Do I need to cite the dictionary reference for every English word used?82.6.115.62 (talk) 09:57, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seattle Hempfest[edit]

I put in under the Hemp category because the category needs to be populated. It is the HEMPfest, after all. Yonskii (talk) 01:59, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy at Trampball[edit]

I have removed your {{db}} at Trampball as the page is already the subject of an AfD discussion. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 20:38, 28 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Excuse me[edit]

If you don't mind, the change i made was sourced and relevant. Just because your a unionist doesn't give you the right to change my edits! English Bobby (talk) 14:47, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Sorry for the rant above i was just annoyed. If i can just say my reasons for the edits then you mabye will understand my position a bit. Firstly on the whole british/English thing i think its wrong to attribute the conquest of an area to a nation that had not formed at the time that includes refering to people by as nationals of this state. Gibraltar was ceded to the Kingdom of Great Britain (1707-1801) but it was conqered in 1704 when there was only the Kingdom of England and the Kingdom of Scotland. Since the Scots were neutral, England is the only plausable combatant. The wiki articles on the union and the war of the spanish succesion support what i'm saying.

As for the warring i'm not going to try and justify my attitude but i think the user's Gibnews and Justinkuntz have been far from civil themselve's, and i'm certainly not the first (and i doubt the last) to comment on Gibnew uncompromising attitude or Justins aggressive one.--English Bobby (talk) 18:28, 12 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Permisson for photos[edit]

Hi. For the 3d time i'm sending the permission for publishing my photos. the last time was about a 1h ago. So why the photos are deleted again? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anton_Solomoukha#Photograph --Solomoukha —Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.188.72.241 (talk) 17:35, 14 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for reverting the mal-edits made by 163.153.220.129. The administration at the school district involved has reported that they have identified the student and are taking appropriate action so that the student understands why their action was inappropriate. --NERIC-Security (talk) 11:28, 15 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Consider WP:CSD#G7[edit]

Hi there! I noticed you have taken an interest in removing vandalism and keeping up the standards of Wikipedia. That's great. I just have one suggestion. If there is a new article that is obviously going to be speedy deleted, and the author blanks the page, you might want to consider just tagging the article with {{db-blanked}} rather than reverting and warning the author about vandalism. Thanks! Singularity42 (talk) 23:24, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I saw you reverted my edit on Gatling gun. I cannot see why you did this; the lead section as far as I can tell seems fine as it was. Please can you either revert the change or explain to me why it was wrong? -- Casmith_789 (talk) 23:36, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No problem, I thought it may be, but didn't want to start an edit war :) Thanks for the swift response :) -- Casmith_789 (talk) 23:40, 24 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
