Request reason:

I recognized my guilt and will not do so anymore. Please unlock.

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. Yamla (talk) 11:12, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

  • the block is no longer necessary because I
    1. understand what i have been blocked for vandalism
    2. I will not carry out vandal edits
    3. will make useful contributions instead
    4. if the vandal edits on my part are repeated then you can block me indefinitely

Decline reason:

Copying and pasting the last decline message does not demonstrate your understanding of the reasons for the block nor do you describe what edits you want to make if unblocked; as such, there are no grounds to remove the block, and I am declining your request. You may wish to read the unblock appeals guide to learn how to craft an unblock request likely to be accepted. 331dot (talk) 11:46, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I agree that I was wrong and promise to make only useful edits. If the vandal edits on my part are repeated then you can block me indefinitely. What arguments are still needed?

Decline reason:

If you can't provide any specific examples of edits you'd like to make, there's no point in unblocking. OhNoitsJamie Talk 21:34, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

What's changed? This is your fourth block. What's different this time around, given that you worked hard to demonstrate you wouldn't change, three previous times. Do you now explicitly reject your previous nationalist editing? What do you understand now about sourcing your edits, that you didn't understand before? --Yamla (talk) 15:04, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • Now I want to make useful edits not on political and nationalist topics. --109.108.70.227 15:30, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
What topics do you want to edit? Please describe a substantive edit you would make(not just fixing spelling). 331dot (talk) 15:25, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Architecture and urban improvement. --109.108.70.227 15:30, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
Note that this does not "describe a substantive edit you would make". I'll note that you haven't answered my questions, either. If you are unwilling to answer my questions, please explicitly say so. Otherwise, please provide a clear and direct answer. --Yamla (talk) 15:29, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
What should I prove? you can monitor my subsequent edits and if they are vandal or useless then you can send me to a non-blocking ban at any time. What is the problem? --109.108.70.227 15:38, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
I have asked you questions. 331dot has asked you questions. So far, you have refused to answer them. If you are unwilling to answer them, please say you are unwilling to answer them. Otherwise, answer them. So far, you are demonstrating pretty clearly you should not be unblocked and you will only get one more chance to answer these questions before losing access to this talk page for the duration of your block, so make it count. --Yamla (talk) 15:36, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Ok.
  • What's changed?

-I realized that I was wrong in arranging a war of corrections without first discussing if there were any disagreements with the participants with whom we have different points of view

  • Do you now explicitly reject your previous nationalist editing?

-I’m no longer interested in political and nationalistic topics to make changes about it I’m not going to

  • What do you understand now about sourcing your edits, that you didn't understand before?

-It is necessary to conduct a dialogue with participants with whom disagreements have arisen, and the information provided should be supported by authoritative sources and not based solely on one’s own opinion

  • What topics do you want to edit? Please describe a substantive edit you would make(not just fixing spelling)

-I want to make edits about urban architecture, amenities, tourism, transport of Ukrainian cities --109.108.70.227 16:38, 5 May 2020 (UTC)

Again, please describe a substantive edit you would make. If you don't wish to, please say so. 331dot (talk) 16:04, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Architecture and attractions Kamianets-Podilskyi --109.108.70.227 18:38, 5 May 2020 (UTC)
Since you either can't or won't answer the question, I have decided to remove your talk page access per Yamla's warning. Your appeal will remain open, but if it is declined, you will need to use WP:UTRS for further appeals. 331dot (talk) 18:17, 5 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
