You are welcome to continue editing articles without logging in, but you may wish to create an account. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and provides several benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (12.148.169.2) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your comments on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your IP address (or username if you're logged in) and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question and then place {{helpme}} before the question on your talk page. Democratic primaries "Candidates" section[edit]

Your recent changes to Democratic Party (United States) presidential primaries, 2008#Candidates to use CNN numbers only, while perhaps well-intentioned and paralleling the use of CNN by Results of the 2008 Democratic presidential primaries#Candidates, were unilateral and should have been discussed in Talk:Democratic Party (United States) presidential primaries, 2008#Candidates: Using CNN Election Center 2008's numbers prior to being made. I've noted your action in that discussion; be advised that the parties to that discussion may decide to revert your actions. Please weigh in with your reasons at the discussion.

Also, I'd encourage you to register so that we can refer to you by username instead of an IP address, which may change from time to time. Wdfarmer (talk) 20:35, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

April 2008[edit]

Information.svg Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Jonathan Anastas do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.   Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): rule: '\bblogspot\.com' (link(s): http://www.redurban.blogspot.com/) . If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, or similar site, then please check the information on the external site thorougly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creators copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest). Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! May 2014[edit]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Frank Zappa, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 21:03, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Orchard Park High School. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Jim1138 (talk) 21:18, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Orchard Park High School. Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Jim1138 (talk) 21:20, 27 May 2014 (UTC)
