You are very clearly misusing the categories you keep adding to multiple different band articles, so you have been blocked from editing to stop your disruption. —Darkwind (talk) 02:35, 3 November 2013 (UTC)

January 2014[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I noticed that you made a change to an article, U2, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. They are not a boy band just because the members are all men. Walter Görlitz (talk) 06:19, 25 January 2014 (UTC)

"A boy band is loosely defined as a vocal group consisting of young male singers, usually in their teenage years or in their twenties at the time of formation. Being vocal groups, most boy band members do not play musical instruments, either in recording sessions or on stage".

Information icon Hello, I'm Walter Görlitz. I wanted to let you know that I undid one or more of your recent contributions to Savage Garden because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! You clearly do not understand that a boy band is not a band where all of the performers are men. Walter Görlitz (talk) 04:21, 1 February 2014 (UTC)

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection.  - Vianello (Talk) 04:36, 1 February 2014 (UTC)
