Downstate Illinois[edit]

Hey, thanks for your work here. I've looked over your edits, and I see some good stuff. However, this edit, while clearly well-intentioned, I'm going to have to revert. I believe that it is redundant, since the rest of the very short article (in my opinion) already makes clear the point you're trying to add. If you disagree, we can certainly talk about it; just make a post at Talk:Downstate Illinois, and then you and I and anyone else interested can talk it over.
