I noticed your contributions on Engineering, here and had a look at your contribs page. From my random clicks, it looks quite good I have to say. I checked your work a little more thouroghly than I would a long term editor as you are editing from an IP-address, which makes verification of the editors intention a little harder. It can help both yourself (among other things you get a watchlist) and other editors to quickly assess your contributions and keep an eye out for vandalism, more so than if you are an unregistered user.
