Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Internet entrepreneur with this edit do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Logan Talk Contributions 16:46, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Internet entrepreneur with this edit. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Logan Talk Contributions 16:48, 17 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Jim1138. I noticed that in this edit to Popeye and Son, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Jim1138 (talk) 20:56, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Popeye and Son, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. If you can find a wp:reliable source (RS) stating that someone finds Popeye and Son "memorable", please let me know. I'll add it and the reference to the article with the other's opinion. Personally, (as a kid) I liked the fact that Popeye and Bluto were always duking it out. I mean, take away the fisticuffs and it's simply not Popeye. But, then, that is my wp:original research. Wikipedia only uses RS. Cheers Jim1138 (talk) 21:23, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
