[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on RT (TV network). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Mathglot (talk) 01:26, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Discretionary sanctions, and CIVIL behavior

[edit]

Beyond the edit warring at RT (TV network) is subject to ArbCom discretionary sanctions and reverts at that article are limited to one per day. You are already risking a block for that alone. Adding comments in your edit summary with your multiple reverts such as, "if you write again "propaganda" i will delete again. this is wikipedia, not westpedia. fucker." makes it much worse, as it is against our policy on WP:CIVILITY, and is a further threat to edit war.

Please calm down, go to the talk page, and raise a discussion there, if you don't agree with the current content of the article. If you continue to edit war or act badly with your fellow editors, you risk having your editing privileges suspended. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 01:33, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Are you sending that message to NATO's propagandists? 24.133.120.192 (talk) 03:17, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your edit-warring, uncivility, and disruptive behavior NOW

[edit]

Your repeated reverts, your threats in the edit summaries to carry on with your edit warring no matter what anyone does, and your use of foul language towards other editors, whether collectively or targeted, are completely unacceptable at Wikipedia. Consider this a final warning to stop your disruptive behavior, edit warring, and foul attitude towards others immediately. Further behavior of this nature will result in your being blocked from editing. Mathglot (talk) 09:13, 17 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

November 2022

[edit]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, List of equipment of the Russian Ground Forces. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. ― Blaze WolfTalkBlaze Wolf#6545 23:08, 11 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored.
