Welcome and a question
Welcome to Wikipedia. I hope that your experience is positive. I can see that you are somehow associated with a classroom assignment. Such assignments have had a mixed experience here so I wanted to encourage you to consult our manual of style. Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Chemistry. Some surprises for new-comers. These articles are written at a relatively high technical level, although there is always room for improvement in terms of clarity and content. Routine safety issues are not covered (that information is widely available and more authoritatively so through what are known as MSDSs). If you have little experience here, I encourage you to start with small edits. We also encourage lots of questions before making big changes - saves everyone time and angst. Happy editing. --Smokefoot (talk) 04:09, 23 February 2013 (UTC)
