October 2017[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Drchriswilliams. An edit that you recently made to List of countries by military expenditures seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, please use the sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to India and weapons of mass destruction, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing an article on Wikipedia, you will see a small field labeled "Edit summary" shown under the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to List of countries by military expenditures does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks!

Note: when you want to move content in an article from one place to another, then please do it with one single edit. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 09:59, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

Please stop making disruptive edits, as you did at India and weapons of mass destruction.

If you continue to disrupt Wikipedia, you may be blocked from editing. Adamgerber80 (talk) 10:02, 22 October 2017 (UTC)

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you blank out or remove content from Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to White House Office. Jim1138 (talk) 10:53, 22 October 2017 (UTC)
