[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Editors are expected to treat each other with respect and civility. On this encyclopedia project, editors assume good faith while interacting with other editors. Here is Wikipedia's welcome page, and it is hoped that you will assume the good faith of other editors and continue to help us improve Wikipedia! Thank you very much! - I’m not being uncivil. You reverted a legitimate edit (requesting clarification of (and a needed citation for) a completely opaque and unsupported passage), and left no edit summary with any rationale explaining why. I simply made it clear that neither of those things are acceptable here.
- You should be as quick with your edit summaries, quicker than, you are with your warning templates for talk pages. 2601:196:180:DC0:15E6:A3D3:32F9:44AB (talk) 21:18, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
- You have done edits without clarification (Cited sources), and you're doing the edits out of bias. Plus vandalizing the article. TheAlienMan2002 (talk) 21:34, 12 September 2023 (UTC)
- What are you talking about? My edit requested a citation, where there was none.
- In going back and reviewing, there was some corruption in the cut and paste (which I am mediately corrected, once I was aware of it). So there was no “vandalism” going on.
- If you want to be constructive, be so. Don’t just revert an obvious good faith edit (displaying a clear knowledge of an advanced Wikipedia template), either fix it yourself or ping the poster and let them know they need to. Don’t just revert it with no edit summary. That’s not a contribution. 2601:196:180:DC0:80FD:B81F:E13B:4F6C (talk) 11:24, 16 September 2023 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
