How are those additions inappropriate? Those sentences were quite neutral and formal in writing, and I saw nothing short of Wikipedia quality, albeit very short. It it considered offensive? Derisive? Uninformative? Misleading? All that was added was true and informative. I've already read the policies and of course used the Article Wizard.
