Hello, 5678Edit,

You did just a terrible mistake by taking a template page, Template:Article templates/Artist and using it for your article. Templates for to be used by the whole Wikipedia community, they are not for your personal use. I should revert all of your edits and return this page to its original protected state before you started adding content to it but I'm trying to find a way to do this that doesn't delete all of your content. Please, never ever do this again. Start your articles from scratch in your User space, like a Sandbox, or on a page in Draft space. Never turn a template, category or project page into an article.
