Please don't try to enforce your views era nomenclature on articles. We have guidelines at WP:ERA that need to be followed. I'll also point out that besides its use in scholarly theological works (by believers), it is frequently used in for instance archaeology. We developed guidelines on this to stop editors from switching usage back and forth. Thanks. Dougweller (talk) 17:26, 11 January 2014 (UTC)
Hello, I'm Josh3580. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to United States House of Representatives elections in Arizona, 2012 seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. —Josh3580talk/hist 16:01, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to United States House of Representatives elections in Arizona, 2012. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. —Josh3580talk/hist 16:09, 22 January 2014 (UTC)
Perhaps instead of giving commentary on talk pages such as this edit you try adding some content and references. Deriding the efforts of others from the sidelines without going to the effort of adding anything meaningful is considered both disrespectful and lazy. Hughesdarren (talk) 01:43, 14 May 2016 (UTC)
Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to Paul R. Ehrlich, did not appear constructive and has been undone. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use the sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Thank you. - If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
- Thanks for explaining that to me on my talkpage. I have reverted the article to the version that excludes the sentence in question. In understanding the current situation now, since the bet was theoretical that it probably shouldn't be included in the article anyways... Cheers. Yinf (talk) 05:29, 5 November 2016 (UTC)
Well thank you kindly, it is good that we could reason together.
Hello, I'm Magnolia677. I noticed that you made a change to an article, DuPage County, Illinois, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.
