Hi! I see you've been making good, constructive edits at Wikipedia. Let me suggest that you consider creating an account, or at least get in the habit of using the "Edit summary" box when you do an edit. You don't need to put much there-- "copyedit", "sp", "grammar", "revert vandalism" (usually abbreviated as "rv vandalism")-- although you can write quite a lengthy explanation if you want to.

Here's why. As you've probably noticed, there's quite a bit of vandalism on Wikipedia. When folks go looking for vandalism to clean up, the most likely edits are those made by an anonymous editor (one without an account) and with no Edit summary filled in.

So please consider doing one or the other, or better still, both. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Happy editing! -- Mwanner | Talk 12:53, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

You added a "See also" section for the Roji-en Japanese Gardens to the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens article. I will revert your edit because the Roji-en article is already linked in the body of that article, and the "See also" reference is unnecessary. - Dalbury 22:16, 31 October 2005 (UTC)

Proposed deletion of Pikake Botanical Gardens[edit]

Ambox warning yellow.svg

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Pikake Botanical Gardens, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Non-notable garden, unreferenced. It's a large private garden that no-one can visit, that's all. Fails WP:VER, WP:N.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. andy (talk) 16:21, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
