Odd accolades[edit]
I am puzzled as to why, today, you are giving out gold awards to serial copyright abusers and announcements that editors who have just joined Wikipedia and made 300 edits in March and 500 edits in total are 'the top 5% of editors this month'. 'Top 5%' in what sense? I am presuming the awarded are you friends. 'It is the custom to reward Wikipedia contributors for hard work and due diligence'. It devalues barnstars and other accolades within the community if we give them out at random. Span (talk) 16:41, 1 April 2012 (UTC)
