Perhaps this editor uses the IP account simply to hand out pleasant accolades and uses another account to do edits. It cheered me up to receive a little flower on my talk page. I found it pleasing and sincere. Fiddle Faddle (talk) 08:07, 30 April 2012 (UTC)
