September 2009[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on ACORN. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Please stop the disruption, otherwise you may be blocked from editing. SarekOfVulcan (talk) 16:56, 28 September 2009 (UTC)

If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
Please note, you are at WP:3RR, and if you revert again within the 24 hour period you will be blocked per that policy (which you may review from that link). - Wikidemon (talk) 17:25, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
Actually, I count 2 reverts -- that first edit doesn't appear to be a revert (unless there's one from further back that I'm missing). --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 17:40, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
I thought someone tried to add that earlier but I may be wrong. Anyway, it's unsourced soapboxing so it's not going to stick in the article. Trying to find hypocrisy or irony in how causes of action are stated in legal complaints and PR statements is not a terribly encyclopedic endeavor. Wikidemon (talk) 20:00, 28 September 2009 (UTC)
